摘要
目的观察水母雪莲对热应激小鼠心肌酶谱与心肌损伤标志物的影响,探讨其抗热应激损伤的作用和作用机制。方法采用恒温恒湿条件(42℃,相对湿度60%,30min/d,连续10d)建立热应激动物模型。测定和观察雄性BALB/C近交系小鼠血清中心肌酶谱与心肌损伤标志物的变化。结果对照组、热应激组、热应激雪莲组心肌酶谱与心肌损伤标志物分别为天冬氨酸转移酶(92.4±5.3)、(382.4±9.6)和(104.0±6.1)U/L;乳酸脱氢酶(76.0±7.1)、(189.0±5.3)和(98.6±3.7)U/L;肌酸肌酶(227.3±5.7)、(398.4±3.7)和(287.3±7.6)U/L;心肌型肌酸肌酶同功酶(152.0±5.7)、(357.0±10.6)和(206.0±9.4)U/L;肌钙蛋白(0.92±0.32)、(3.07±0.51)和(1.09±0.32)μg/L;肌红蛋白(107.3±6.1)、(293.0±7.7)和(147.0±5.4)μg/L,与对照组比较,热应激组和热应激雪莲组心肌酶谱与心肌损伤标志物都有明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),但与热应激组比较,热应激雪莲组心肌酶谱与心肌损伤标志物下降明显(P<0.01)。结论水母雪莲可以降低热应激小鼠血清中心肌酶谱的活力与心肌损伤标志物含量。
Objective To investigate the effect of Saussurea Medusa Maxim(SMM)on myocardial zymogram and cardiac injury markers of heat-stressed mice. Methods Male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: the control group, The heat-stressed group and heat-stressed+SMM group. The heat-stressed mice model was established by exposed to 42℃ for 30rain once a day for 10 days. During the experimental time, mice in the control group and heat-stressed group were given with 0.2 ml water through stomach, while mice in the heat-stressed+SMM group with 0. 1 g Saussurea Medusa Maxim every day for 10 days. On ll'hday of the exposure, the myocardial zymogram and the cardiac injury markers of all the mice were determined. Results AST, LDH, CK, CK-MB, cTn I and Mb of mice in the heat-stressed group and the heat-stressed+SMM group were higher than the mice in the control group(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05), but the myocardial zymogram and cardiac injury markers of the mice in the heat-stressed-kSMM group were lower than the heat-stressed group ( P 〈 0. 01 or P〈0.05). Conclusions Saussurea Medusa Maxim can obviously decrease AST, LDH, CK, CK-MB, cTn I and Mb of the heat-stressed mice.
