摘要
在了解中医护理学科现状的基础上,引入SWOT分析模型,对中医护理学科发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行分析,提出促进中医护理学科发展的政策建议。提出外因上应发挥政府的主导作用、政策支持作用;内因上正确评价自身优劣势,加快中医护理理论体系研究、明确学科定位、加强人才培养和科学研究等,提高学科核心竞争力。
With Strength Weakness Opportunity Threats （SWOT） analysis, this paper analyzed the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing science based on its current situation and put forward suggestions for its further development. In one aspect, the leading role of and support from the government should be emphasized and in another aspect, the evaluation of advantages and disadvantages of the science, the improvement of core competition of the science such as the identification of the science, the cultivation of talents and its scientific research are in urgent need.
