摘要
目的 分析支气管闭合器在肺叶肺段切除手术支气管残端结扎中的应用.方法 选取2006年4月—2013年3月我院需要进行肺叶肺段切除手术的患者312例,将其随机分为对照纽和治疗组,各156例.对照组采用涤纶线缝扎法进行支气管残端结扎,治疗组采用支气管闭合器进行支气管残端结扎,观察两组并发症发生情况.结果 术后治疗组支气管胸膜瘘、胸腔感染、刺激性咳嗽、脓胸及呛咳发生率均低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 支气管闭合器用于肺叶肺段切除手术支气管残端结扎可以减少胸腔污染,避免血液反流,结扎闭合可靠,操作简便.
Objective To analyze the application value of bronchial closure on bronchial stump ligation in lobar lung resection surgery. Methods 312 patients needing to perform lobar lung resection surgery admitted to our hospital from April 2006 to March 2013 were randomly divided into groups control and treatment, each of 156 cases. Control group was taken polyester thread for bronchial stump ligation, treatment group was given bronchial closure. The occurrence of complications between two groups were compared. Results The incidence of bronchial pleurisy, chest infections, irritating cough, empyema and choking in treatment group were lower than those of control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Bronchial closure on bronchial stump ligation in lobar lung resection surgery can reduce pleural contamination, avoid blood reflux, which is reliable and simple.
