血脂异常与心血管病患病情况分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的对老干部的血脂水平与心血管病患病情况进行分析探讨。方法对来院疗养的247名离退休老干部进行血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的检测及其异常率与心血管病患病情况进行分析。结果心血管病组血脂异常率要显著高于非心血管病组,但两组的血脂异常增高的均值无显著差异。结论血脂异常应作为60岁以上老干部早期防治心血管病的独立危险因素。
