摘要
西北地区是中国规划的千万千瓦级风电及光电基地之一,促进西北地区风能与太阳能开发利用对实现中国能源发展战略具有重要的意义。而配置抽水蓄能电站是增强电网接纳风电光电能力的重要措施。文章介绍了西北地区风能、太阳能资源发展规划,分析了风电与光电并网存在的主要问题及抽水蓄能电站对促进风电与光电消纳的重要作用,并针对目前西北地区抽水蓄能电站发展过程中存在的主要问题,提出了促进措施和建议。
West China is one of the wind-solar energy bases with the installed capacity of exceeding tens of thousands of megawatt planned in China.It is significant for the energy development strategy of China to promote the development and utilization of the wind-solar energy in west China.But, the introduction of the pumped storage power plant into the grid is the important measures to enhance the grid capacity of accepting the wind-solar power.In the paper, the development plan for the wind-solar energy in west China is introduced;major issues on the wind-solar power into the grid as well as the significance of the pumped storagepower plant for the promotion of the acceptance and consumption of the wind-solar power are analyzed.Furthermore, the promoting measures and suggestions are raised aiming at the major issues in the development of the pumped storage power plant in west China.
