摘要
[目的]研究在同柱条件下,丙溴·毒死蜱30%乳油中丙溴磷和毒死蜱分离测定方法,为企业生产的质量控制及质检机构提供参考。[方法]以5%OV-101色谱柱固定相,邻苯二甲酸双环酯为内标物,利用FID检测器通过程序升温方法对丙溴·毒死蜱30%乳油中2种组分进行气相色谱分离和测定。[结果]丙溴·毒死蜱30%乳油中2种组分及杂质得到了有效分离,丙溴磷和毒死蜱的标准偏差分别为0.090、0.054;变异系数分别为0.49%、0.43%;回收率为98.88%~102.51%、99.13%~101.93%;线性相关系数分别为0.999 5、0.999 7。[结论]该方法测定丙溴·毒死蜱30%乳油2种有效成分的质量分数,分离效果好,准确度、精密度高,线性关系好,符合定量分析要求,是一种可行、实用的分析方法。
[Objective] The reference for the quality control and supervision of enterprise and related government office was provided through the research on the isolating and testing method of the profenofos and chlorpyrifos in its 30% EC under same column. [Method]The dissertation reported a specific quantita- tive analysis method for profenofos chlorpyrifos 30% EC by GC. The sample was separated in a column packed with 5% OV-101 being used as stationary phase and the dicyclohexyl phthalate, as internal standard material, the isolation and test of the profenofos and chlorpyrifos in its 30% EC were done by flame ionization detector. [Results]The results showed that these material including other components could be effectively isolated/tested; the standard deviation for profenofos and chlorpyrifos were 0.090 and 0.054; the coefficient of variation were 0.49% and 0.43%; the recoveries were in the range from 98.88% to 102.51% and 99.13% to 101.93%, and the coefficient of linear relation was 0.999 5 and 0.999 7. [Conclusion]This method was convenient, rapid and accurate and the testing result was met with the quantitative requirement of it.
