摘要
有组织的理性比非组织的个人行为更有利于社会的和谐和稳定,高校基层社团为每个在校生提供了这样一个组织归属的机会,与高校传统的团委、学生会、班级团支部等组织相比,高校社团对学生的成长影响更为深远,因此创新社团管理对于高校人才培养具有重要的意义。创新社团组织管理要建立由学校党委、团委的领导,社团负责、学生参与的工作格局。主张在社团管理理念、社团建设、社团领袖、教师指导、工作流程和工作制度等方面变革,以适应当前社团发展工作的需要。
Students＇ communities in colleges and universities play very important role in college student management. The innovation management of students＇ communities has significance in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. It is suggested that some innovations should be carried out to a- dapt to the current needs of community development. These include the ideas of management, the con- struction of community, teachers＇ guidance, and systems.
