摘要
为实现废陶瓷的再生利用和特细砂的大宗利用,将废陶瓷再生粗砂与特细砂掺配,得到废陶瓷再生混合砂。研究了其对混凝土表观密度、和易性、抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的影响,并通过对比试验得出结论:配合比相同时,废陶瓷再生混合砂混凝土的强度和韧性优于同龄期普通混凝土相应值,并有利于降低容重,但流动性显著降低。
In order to achieve the recycling of waste ceramic and comprehensive utilization of super-fine sand, recycled ceramic mixed sand was made by super-fine sand partly replacing by recycled ceramic coarse sand. The influence of recycled ceramic mixed sand on the apparent density, workability, compressive strength and tensile splitting strength of concrete was studied. Based on comparison tests, conclusions can be drawn that the strength and toughness of recycled ceramic mixed sand concrete is better than that of common concrete while decreasing concrete unit weight, but the fluidity of concrete decreases significantly when the mix proportions are same.
