武汉中心钢板-混凝土组合剪力墙协同施工高效建造技术 被引量:3

Collaborative Efficient Construction Technology of Steel-concrete Composite Shear Wall in Wuhan Center Project

摘要 当前,钢板-混凝土组合剪力墙结构在超高层建筑中应用越来越广泛。同时超高层建筑施工中需要采用智能平台、大型塔式起重机、超高泵送系统、重型构件堆场设计与加固等关键技术,这些技术在组合剪力墙施工过程中相互穿插、互相影响,需要整体协调、综合应用。以武汉中心工程为例,从组合剪力墙与智能平台、组合剪力墙与大型塔式起重机、组合剪力墙与超高泵送系统、组合剪力墙与重型堆场等方面阐述了相互协同施工关键技术;最后阐述了协同施工高效建造技术的质量控制要点。 Currently, steel-concrete composite shear wall is applied more and more widely in the super- high-rise building construction. Meanwhile, super-high-rise construction requires some key technologies such as smart platform, large crane, super-high pumping system, design and reinforce of heavy- component storage yard and so on. These technologies and composite shear wall are intersected in the construction process and affect each other. This collaborative operation needs overall coordination and integrated application. This paper, taking Wuhan Center project as example, describes the key technology of collaborative construction from aspects of combination of composite shear walls with smart platform, composite shear wall with large crane, composite shear wall with super-h and composite shear walls with heavy yard.
