摘要
随着建设资源节约型环境友好型社会理念的不断深化,作为城市发展中重要的基础设施——道路照明,存在能耗高、浪费大等诸多问题。为此,许多城市选择安装具有节能、环保、长寿命等突出优势的半导体照明(LED)路灯。但由于目前LED芯片的光电转换效率还较低,消耗电能中约80%转换为热能,若不能迅速散发这一部分热能,将会导致LED芯片的结温升高,最终降低LED路灯的使用寿命。因此,改善大功率LED路灯的散热问题是攻克大功率LED路灯的关键。为此从LED路灯产品的经济性以及可靠性角度出发,综合考虑影响散热器散热效果的多个因素来设计LED路灯散热器。并通过CFD软件Fluent进行模型的散热计算分析,验证了设计的LED路灯散热器具有良好的散热性能。
As the social theory of building a resource conserving and environment-friendly society deepened,road lighting--an important infrastructure in urban development , exists many problems, such as high energy consumption and large energy waste. Therefore, many city choose to install the light emitting diode (LED) street lamps, which highlight the advantages of energy-saving, environmental protection, long life and so on. However, owing to the low photoelectric conversion efficiency of LED chips, about 80 percent input power is transformed into heat. If the heat cannot be dissipated efficiently and rapidly, the temperature of LED junction will be going up, and ultimately reduce the service life of the LED street lamp. Therefore, improving the heat dissipation has been the key to develop high power LED street lamp. This design considered several facts which have influence in heat dissipation from the view of economy and reliability. Besides we carried out the thermal simulation on the radiator by CFD- Fluent, and it is concluded that this LED street lamp radiator has good heat dissipation performance.
