冠状动脉介入术后血管炎症反应及内皮功能改变的药物干预分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的：对冠状动脉介入术后血管炎症反应及内皮功能改变的药物干预效果进行分析。方法选取2011年12月~2013年12月于本院行冠状动脉介入治疗的104例患者，随机分为对照组与观察组各52例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上给予通心络治疗，对比两组患者治疗前后炎症因子水平和内皮舒张功能。结果两组患者治疗前各炎症因子及内皮舒张功能均无显著差异，治疗后观察组CRP与ICAM-1显著低于对照组， IL-10显著高于对照组，内皮舒张功能显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论通心络胶囊可促使冠状动脉介入术后血管炎症反应及内皮功能显著改变，可有效改善患者预后，值得在临床中推广。
