摘要
本文首先论述证券市场发展对解放思想、提高国民素质的贡献。再论述其对支持国企改革、突破技术约束和体制约束的贡献。
In this article, it first discussed the contribution of the development of the securities market to emancipate the mind and to improve the national quality. Then it discussed the contribution of the development of the securities market to support the reforming of the government facility and to breakthrough the restriction of technology and Institutional framework.
