摘要
电子商务合同已经开始在我国若干领域得到应用 ,它在合同的载体、订立程序上与传统书面合同存在不少差异 ,因而在适用法律时除适用合同法一般的规定外 ,还须辅以特殊手段加以调整。
Electronic commercial contracts have been widely adopted in China. This form has many differences with traditional written contracts such as record style、sign style. So special regulations should be involved to adjust the actions besides common contract law.
