摘要
目的:了解福建省尤溪县医院儿科门诊抗菌药物的使用情况,评价其使用合理性。方法:随机抽取该院2012年儿科门诊处方共7 281张,对其中的抗菌药物使用情况进行调查分析,分别统计抗菌药物处方数、给药途径、使用频率、联合使用等情况。结果:抗菌药物处方占统计处方的65.4%,药物使用以头孢菌素类、克林霉素类、青霉素类为主。在含抗菌药物的处方中,单独使用抗菌药物者占82.3%,二联使用抗菌药物者占17.7%,无三联用药情况;与抗病毒药物合用的总比例达51.9%。结论:该院儿科门诊抗菌药物应用基本合理,但还存在一些不足之处有待改进。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the antibiotic use in pediatric outpatients of our hospital （Fujian Youxi County Hospital） and evaluate its rationality.METHODS：A total of 7 281 pediatric outpatient prescriptions in our hospital during 2012 were randomly selected with antibiotic prescriptions analyzed statistically in respect of number of prescriptions,route of administration,use frequency and drug combination etc.RESULTS：Of the total pediatric outpatient prescriptions collected,antibiotic prescriptions accounted for 65.4％,with cephalosporins,clindamycin and penicillins used most frequently.Of the antibiotic prescriptions,antibiotics were used singly in 82.3％ versus in combination of two in 17.7％,and none were used in combination of three; the use of antibiotics in 51.9％ was in combination with antiviral drugs.CONCLUSIONS：The pediatric outpatient antibiotic use in our hospital is rational on the whole yet there are still some shortcomings remaining to be improved.
