艾纳香黄酮类化学成分研究进展 被引量:27

摘要 艾纳香为我国华南地区的特色地道药材,黄酮类成分是其主要活性成分之一。随着仪器分析技术的进步,现已经从艾纳香中分离出了艾纳香素、槲皮素、鼠李素、柽柳黄素、木犀草素、木犀草素-7-甲醚等黄酮类、黄酮醇类、二氢黄酮类、二氢黄酮醇类、查尔酮类等黄酮化合物20余种。药理学研究表明,其具有抗肿瘤、保肝护肝、抗氧化、抗酪氨酸激酶等生物活性。本文主要对艾纳香的黄酮类化学成分和药理活性进行综述,以期为艾纳香中黄酮类化合物的综合开发与利用提供参考。 Blumea balsamifera DC. is a traditional herb widely used in south China, and flavonoids have been found to be the main active ingredient of this herb. With the progress of instrumental analysis technology, a series of flavonoids were isolated from this herb such as blumeatin,quereetin, rhamnetin,tamarixetin, luteolin, luteolin-7-Methyl ether, etc. Flavonoids similar to flavonol, flavanone, dihydro-flavonol, ehalcone also were isolated from different extracts or different tissues. Recent studies found that those flavonoids have antitumor, antioxidant,anti-tyrosine kinase activity and liver protection. In this paper, the chemical composition and pharmacological activity of flavonoids are summarized, which provides an evidence for its comprehensive development and utilization.
