摘要
目的了解我院慢性病门诊降糖药的使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法对我院慢性病门诊所使用的降糖药物处方进行统计,分析降糖药物的使用情况。结果用药频度最高的是促胰岛素分泌药和双胍类降糖药,使用次数最多的药物是二甲双胍。联合用药占全部处方的60.24%,其中双胍类搭配其他类降糖药最为常见。结论我院降糖药物的使用情况基本符合当前糖尿病个体化治疗方案。大部分联合用药方案较合理,但也存在重复用药现象,须引起重视,应继续加强处方审查和药学监护,做到安全、有效、经济地合理用药。
Objective To investigate the application of hypoglycemic drugs in the outpatient service of chronic disease, and improve rational drug use in clinic. Methods The prescriptions of hypoglycemic drugs in the outpatient service of chronic disease were collected and analyzed. Results Insulin secretagogue and biguanide antidiabetic drugs were most widely used, and mefformin enjoyed the first place in list. The percentage of combined drugs used in total prescriptions was 60.24%, and the most was biguanide and other hypoglycemic agents. Conclusion The application of hypoglycemic agents in our hospital accords with current individual diabetes treatment. Most of drug combination is reasonable, but there is still reduplication, which must be noticed. We should continue to strengthen the prescription review and pharmaceutical care for rational medication safety, effectiveness and economy.
