摘要
目的研究比较广西甜茶二萜成分对透明质酸酶的抑制作用和对卵白蛋白致敏豚鼠离体回肠收缩的作用。方法采用透明质酸酶体外抑制试验和豚鼠离体回肠实验对广西甜茶Rubus suavissimus S.Lee中分离的对映-13-羟基-贝壳杉-16-烯-19-羧酸(R1)、对映-16β,17-二羟基-贝壳杉-3-酮(R2)、悬钩子苷(R3)、对映-贝壳杉-16β、17二醇-3-酮-17-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(R4)和对映-贝壳杉-16-烯-19-酸-13-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(R5)5种二萜成分抗过敏特性进行研究。结果 R1、R2和R3能抑制透明质酸酶活性,对卵白蛋白引起的回肠平滑肌过敏性收缩能产生对抗作用,而R4和R5抑制透明质酸酶活性能力弱,且不能对抗卵白蛋白引起的回肠平滑肌过敏性收缩。结论广西甜茶中的部分二萜成分具有抗过敏活性。
Objective To investigate the effect of Guangxi sweet tea diterpenoids on the activity of hyaluronidase and the contraction of isolated ileum of guinea pig.Methods The experiments of hyaluronidase inhibition in vitro and the contraction of isolated ileum were used to explore the anti-allergic properties of five diterpenoids extracted from Rubus suavissimus S. Lee. ,which included ent-β hydroxy-kauran-16-en-19-oic acid (R1) , ent- 16β, 17-dihydroxy-kauran-3-one ( R2), rubusoside ( R3), ent-kauran-16β, 17-diol-3-one-17-O-β-D-glucoside (R4) and ent-kauran-16-en-19-oic-β-O-β-D-glucoside (R5). Results The samples R1, R2 and R3 significantly inhibited the contraction of isolated ileum sensitized by albumin and the activity of hyaluronidase. Conclusion Some Guangxi sweet tea diterpenoids exhibit an anti-allergic effect.
