摘要
投资项目后评价工作是固定资产投资过程中的重要一环,是检验投资项目是否达到目标、效益是否达到预期的主要手段,也是总结经验教训,为进一步做好固定资产投资决策提供的重要依据。但由于后评价工作涉及内容广、数据计算分析量大、做好此项工作难度较大。本文从管理制度、方法思路、评价方法等方面对做好投资项目后评价工作提出建议。
Investment project post-evaluation is an important link of the process for investment in the fixed assets and the main measure to test if the investment project achieves the goal and if the benefits achieves the expected results as well as the important basis of decision-making for further investment in the fixed assets. But because of post-evaluation＇s wide range of experience conclusion and referred contents and a great deal of data calculation and analysis, it is relatively difficult to do the work well. The article puts forward some suggestions for doing well in investment project post-evaluation from the aspects of management system, method thinking, evaluation methods and so on
