摘要
鄱阳湖区防洪工程的建设大大提高了鄱阳湖区的重点圩堤防洪能力.多年以来,建设管理体制几经转换,形成了现在"一统两分,两级项目部"管理体制.为了更好的完善建设管理体制,充分发挥管理体制优势特点,破除不足,对该建管体制进行研究和总结,为下一步工作的顺利开展提供科学依据.
The flood control projects of Poyang Lake area improve greatly the flood control capacity of the key dykes in Poyang Lake area. In recent years, the construction and management system changes continuously. At last, the management system of Dominating two points and two grade project department come into being. In order to improve better the management system, make use of the advantages of this management system and elminate the defects, to study and summarize this management sys-tem is necessary.
