80年代以来,美国贸易保护主义猖獗,从而也影响到我国对美出口的开展。《扩大对美出口,认真对待美国反倾销法》一文,介绍了美国反倾销法和反倾销法案审理程序,同时也谈到了美国反倾销法对我国出口商品的不合理因素。文章对如何预防和处理好欧美各国对我国出口商品的反倾销案件,确保我国扩大出口任务的完成,提出了有益的建议和对策。
