新型钢管混凝土组合剪力墙抗震性能试验研究 被引量:19

Experimental study on seismic behavior of a new type of concrete filled steel tube composite shear walls

摘要 提出在普通钢筋混凝土剪力墙的边缘构件和截面中部配置多根钢管的新型钢管混凝土组合剪力墙形式,完成了2个新型钢管混凝土组合剪力墙试件和1个普通钢筋混凝土剪力墙试件在高轴压比下的低周反复加载试验,研究其破坏形态、承载力、变形能力、刚度、滞回耗能、应变分布等抗震性能。结果表明,试件的破坏形态为压弯破坏,钢管的加入减轻了墙底混凝土和钢筋的破坏程度,限制了剪切斜裂缝的发展;新型钢管混凝土组合剪力墙试件的承载力比普通钢筋混凝土剪力墙试件提高25%左右;峰值位移角为1/100~1/75,极限位移角达到1/50,极限变形能力比普通钢筋混凝土墙提高30%左右。新型钢管混凝土组合剪力墙试件的滞回曲线比较饱满,刚度和强度退化过程比较平缓。总体来看,新型钢管混凝土组合剪力墙具有较好的抗震性能,其抗弯承载力可以按普通钢筋混凝土剪力墙进行计算,但将钢管等效为钢筋参与计算,结果过于保守,应适当考虑钢管对混凝土的约束作用。 A new type of concrete filled steel tubes (CFSTs) composite shear wall in boundary elements and near the center of a reinforced concrete (RC) shear wall cross section had been proposed. In order to study its seismic behavior, 2 composite shear wall specimens and 1 RC shear wall specimen were tested under cyclic lateral loading with high axial compression ratio. The failure mode, bearing capacity, deformation capacity, stiffness, hysteretic characteristics, strain distribution of specimens had been considered. It has proved that the failure mode of all specimens is flexural failure near wall bottom zone under high axial load. Existing of the CFSTs can significantly reduce the compressive deformation near the wall bottom zone and restrict the developing of the inclined shear cracking. Compared to the RC shear wall specimen, the bearing capacity of the composite specimens is improved about 25% , and the peak drift angle and ultimate drift angle of the composite specimens are about 1/100 - 1/75 and 1/50, respectively. The ultimate deformation capacity of the composite specimens is increased about 30% compared to that of the RC shear wall specimen. The hysteretic curves are full, the strength and stiffness degradation process of the composite specimens are smoothly. Overall, the new composite shear wall behaves much better. Its flexural capacity can be designed in the same way as a RC shear wall, in which the steel tubes can be equivalent to reinforcement and the concrete confinement from the steel tube should be considered.
