摘要
目的总结归纳药品与食品检验的区别,为在食品药品检验一线从事药品、食品检验的人员提供参考。方法结合食品检验和药品检验的实践,总结出药品与食品理化检验中的几点区别。结果与结论通过分析,从检验标准、标准物质、检验项目、检验方法、结果判定、原始记录、检验报告书等方面,归纳了二者的区别,为不断理顺和完善食品检验工作提供了参考,以进一步促进检验工作能力和效力的提升。
Objective To summarize the differences between drug and food inspections, and provide references for inspection personnel at grassroots level. Methods In combination with the practice of food inspection and drug inspection, summaries were made on the differences. Results and Conclusion From the testing standard, standard material, inspection items, inspection methods, result determination, original records, inspection reports, etc. , we summed up the difference between the food and drug. Through analysis, food inspection work was straightened out and improved and the capacity and effectiveness of the inspection work were further enhanced.
