摘要
以膨润土、聚丙烯酰胺为原料,采用溶液共混法制备膨润土/聚丙烯酰胺复合吸水保水材料。借助XRD、SEM、FT-IR、TG-DSC对制备的样品进行了表征分析。试验表明:膨润土与聚丙烯酰胺用量质量比为8∶2时,制备的材料吸水、吸盐和保水性能均良好,适合作为固沙材料的保水添加剂;聚丙烯酰胺改性膨润土,没有改变膨润土的骨架结构,只是聚丙烯酰胺插层进入膨润土层间,增大了膨润土的晶面间距,以及改变表面粗糙程度;改性膨润土的热稳定性高于原膨润土。
Bentonite/polyacrylamide composite water absorbent and retention material was prepared by bentonite and polyacrylamide raw materials by method of solution blended process. The prepared samples were analyzed in virtue of XRD、 SEM、 FT-IR 、 TG-DSC. The results show that: when the mass ratio of bentonite and polyacrylamide is 8: 2, the prepared materials' absorbency of salt and water and water retention properties are good, suitable as a water additives for sand-fixing material; polyacrylamide modified bentonite was not change the skeleton-structure of bentonite, just the polyacrylamide intercalated into the interlayer of bentonite, increased the distance of crystal face, and changing the surface roughness; modified bentonite has a higher thermal stability than the original.
