介绍了岩滩水电站扩建工程安全生产管理策略,业主在工程建设过程中所建立的安全管理网络、安全管理制度和运行机制以及推行工程安全管理规范化和标准化所取得的成功经验,供同行参考。
The paper introduces the safety management strategy of the Extension Project of Yantan Hydropower Sta- tion, the safety management network, system and the operation mechanism established by the Employer in the con- struction process as well as the successful experiences in performing normalized and standardized safety management of project, which can be well referenced by similar projects.
