摘要
目的分析综合性医院临床药师对住院医保患者在诊疗过程中的不合理情况,提出对策。方法抽取本院2013年1至10月住院医保患者的病史资料,对住院过程中的不合理情况及类别进行调查总结。结果不合理类别中,不合理用药居首。结论临床药师参与不合理用药监管可控制医保医疗费用的快速增长。
Objective Describe the general hospital inpatient Medicare clinical pharmacists to unreasonable patient in the treatment process used to analyze,propose countermeasures.Methods Extraction hospital from January to October 2013 hospitalized Medicare patients with a history of data on hospitalizations during the unreasonable conduct investigations and class summary.Results Unreasonable category, topped irrational drug use.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists participate irrational drug regulators to control the rapid growth of medical expenses insurance.
