卡维地洛联合螺内酯治疗心力衰竭疗效观察被引量：1

摘要目的探讨卡维地洛联合螺内酯治疗心力衰竭的临床效果。方法将平顶山市第五人民医院2010年8月至2012年8月收治的120例心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上同时采用卡维地洛联合螺内酯治疗,观察两组患者治疗总有效率、超声心电图。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后心电图结果均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组超声心电图改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡维地洛联合螺内酯治疗心力衰竭能改善心力衰竭患者心电图,且不良反应率低,治疗效果显著。
