摘要
本文采用网上调查为主、文献调研为辅的方式,对国内农业高校图书馆学科馆员制度建设现状进行调查,针对存在的问题提出加强学科馆员队伍建设、完善学科服务平台、共建共享和循序渐进推进学科馆员制度发展等完善农业高校图书馆学科馆员制度的建议。
This paper conducts a survey, which is mainly online with literature survey as a supplementary, on subject librarian systems in domestic agricultural universities. To complete subject librarian system in the universities, the following proposals are put forward accordingly： subject librarian team should be strengthened, serving platform improved. Co-construct and share to push forward the improvement step by step.
