摘要
应用应力-强度干涉理论,分析了应力与强度概率密度函数为正态分布时轴的可靠性。考虑轴在扭矩及弯矩的复合作用下对其可靠性的影响,对数控裁板锯切削主轴进行了可靠性分析。通过实例设计结果的分析比较,说明了可靠性设计的可行性与实用性。
The stress-strength interference theory is used to analyze shaft reliability in the case of stress and intensity probability density function in normal distribution. Considering the composite effect of torque and bending moment on shaft reliability, the analysis of the reliability of the cutting spindle of CNC panel saw is made. Through analysis and comparison of actual design results, the feasibility and practicability of reliability design are illustrated.
