摘要
育苗杯育苗广泛应用于林业苗木的培育,通过对育苗杯的材质进行比较可知,无纺布育苗杯在林业育苗方面具有很大优势。在分析无纺布理化特性的基础上,探讨了无纺布熔合参数对熔合效果的影响,介绍了无纺布熔合方法,重点对普通熔合和超声波熔合两种方法进行了比较,确定在林业可降解育苗杯制作机开发研制中首先选择超声波技术进行焊接熔合。
Nursery cup-based seedling cultivation is widely used in forestry seedling cultivation. Through the comparison of main materials used for nursery cups, the advantages of nonwoven fabric nursery cups in forestry seedling cultivation become significant. Based on the analysis of the physic-chemical properties of nonwoven fabric, the effect of nonwoven fabric fusion parameters on fusion effect is discussed, with widely used nonwoven fabric fusion methods introduced, focus placed on the similarities and differences between common fusion methods and ultrasonic fusion, thereby determining the choice of ultrasonic technology for welding fusion in the research and development of a biodegradable forestry tree nursery cup making equipment.
