挤出级ASA树脂的应力松弛行为研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用毛细管流变仪对丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯(ASA)树脂的应力松弛行为进行表征,研究了温度变化、基体苯乙烯-丙烯腈(SAN)树脂的种类、ASA胶粉的种类以及乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺(EBS)润滑剂含量对挤出级ASA树脂应力松弛行为的影响。结果表明,温度越高,ASA树脂应力松弛速率越快,并且在190~200℃之间存在应力松弛的临界突变点,即当温度高于该临界突变点时,松弛时间会急剧下降。基体SAN树脂的分子量与AN含量对ASA树脂的应力松弛时间具有十分显著的影响,SAN树脂的分子量越高、AN含量越高,ASA树脂应力松弛过程越缓慢。ASA胶粉对ASA树脂松弛时间的影响主要由分子量和交联度决定,分子量越大、交联度越高,其松弛时间越长。EBS润滑剂可以改善ASA树脂分子间的内摩擦,可以在一定程度上缩短ASA树脂的松弛时间。 The stress relaxation behavior of extrusion acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate(ASA) resins was studied in capillary rheometer testing.The effects of processing temperature, properties of SAN resin and ASA rubber powder, and the content of the lubricant EBS were systematically investigated.The results show that the rate of stress relaxation of ASA resin increases with the temperature increasing.There is a critical point in existence between the temperatures of 190℃ and 200℃. It means that the relaxation time will dramatically decrease when the temperature exceeds the critical temperature. The results also show that the rate of stress relaxation is lowered with an increase in the molecular weight of SAN matrix and ASA rubber, the AN content in SAN, and the crosslinking degree of ASA rubber. The introduction of lubricant EBS will shorten the stress relaxation time of ASA resin since the addition of lubricant is proved to improve the intermolecular friction force of ASA resin.
