摘要
用硅胶柱层析、制备薄层层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析法分离,波谱法鉴定结构,对森登-4的化学成分进行系统研究.从森登-4的有效部位中分离得到8个单体化合物,分别为:3-羟基-5-甲基-8-甲氧基-1,4-萘醌(1);2,6-二甲氧基-[1,4]苯醌(2);杨梅素(3);(2R,3R)-双氢杨梅树皮素(4);山奈酚(5);没食子酸(6);2,6-二羟基对苯二甲酸单乙基酯(7);栀子苷(8).化合物1、5和7为首次从森登-4有效部位中分得,为阐释森登-4药效物质奠定了基础.
To study the chemical components of the Mongolian medicine senden 4, silica gel column chromatography, preparative thin layer chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography were used to isolate and identify the components of senden 4. Eight compounds were isolated and identified from senden 4＇s effective parts as 3-hydroxy-5-methyl 8-methoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone （ 1）, 2,6-dimethoxy-1,4- benzoquinone （2）, myricetin （3）, （ 2R, 3R）-dihydromyricetin （4）, kaempferol （ 5 ）, gallic acid （ 6 ）, 2,6-di- hydroxy terephthalic acid monoethyl ester （7）and geniposide（8）. Compound 1,5 and 7 were isolated from senden 4＇s effective parts for the first time, and laid the foundation for illustrating the efficacy material of Senden 4.
