摘要
氟氧头孢是一种新型广谱氧头孢烯类抗生素,对革兰氏阴性菌和阳性菌均有良好的抗菌活性。1-羟乙基-5-巯基-1 H-四唑的合成是氟氧头孢合成的重要中间体,介绍了其合成的重要意义,并对其中外合成路线进行了总结。
Flomoxef is a new kind of broad-spectrum cephem antibiotics,and it has a good antibacterial ac-tivity to Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria.The most important intermediate for flomoxef is 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-5-mercapto tetrazole,the significance of the intermediate is introduced,and the re-cent development of preparation processes of it are summarized.
