摘要
以桐油和丙三醇为原料,甲醇钠为催化剂,通过酯交换反应,制备了桐油基多元醇,并提出了一种新的分离方法,对产物进行提纯,得到了较为纯净的二羟基桐油酸酯。利用红外光谱和紫外-可见光谱分别对产物的结构进行了表征。红外光谱结果表明:所得产物具有二羟基桐油酸酯分子的羟基、酯基以及共轭双键的特征基团,为目标产物;紫外-可见光谱结果表明:桐油和二羟基桐油酸酯具有类似的吸收光谱,但后者在245 nm处出现了羟基的紫外特征吸收峰,表明产物为预期所得。
Tung oil and glycerol were used to synthesize tung oil-based polyol with sodium methoxide as catalystthrough interesterification, and a new purification process was put forward. The structure of dihydroxy tung oil acid esterhas been characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) and Ultraviolet Visible Spectrometer (UVspectrometer). The result of FTIR shows: The product corresponds to the dihydroxy tung oil acid ester, which containscharacteristic absorption peaks, such as: hydroxyl, ester and conjugated double bond; The result of UV spectrometershows: The UV absorption bands of tung oil and dihydroxy tung oil acid ester are very similar, but the latter has anabsorption in 245 nm because of the absence of hydroxyl, which demonstrates the product is the expected one.
