摘要
伴随着改革开放的深入推进和经济社会的快速发展,人本思想逐步渗透到社会各个领域。党校作为干部教育培训的主阵地与主渠道,党校研究生教育培养工作在继承和发扬优良传统的基础上应当坚持人本思想,将人本思想运用到研究生教育培养工作的各个环节中去,并且在内容、形式、方法、手段、机制等方面努力进行发展和完善。与此同时,应当紧跟时代发展的潮流,符合时代发展的要求,提高实效性与针对性,营造党校研究生教育培养工作新局面。
With the rapid development of further promoting reform and opening up and economic society,people this thought gradually penetrated into all areas of society.The main positions of Party schools as the education and training of the cadres and the main channel,the Party school education and cultivation of graduates in inheriting and developing the excellent tradition should stick to human-ism,the humanism to postgraduate education in every aspect, and forms, methods, contents, means,mechanism and so on efforts to develop and perfect.At the same time,we should follow the trend of the times,meet the development requirements of the times,to improve the effectiveness and pertinence,and create a new situation of Party school education and cultivation of graduates.
