自行车场地男子全能项目能量代谢特点探析

摘要 在一般训练理论和运动生理学基础上,结合长期的科研测试数据跟踪,对自行车场地全能项目的能量代谢特点进行了分析,其目的在于为自行车场地全能项目的训练提供更有针对性的理论依据和设定更加科学的训练方法与手段.研究认为:自行车场地全能项目各单项能量代谢有其各自特点,但结合全能比赛特点,表现出一定的综合特征,即高强度有氧训练是该项目的基础,无氧训练特别是耐乳酸训练是该项目获得好成绩的关键. Cycling track omnium became a new Olympic sport item in 2010,which was approved by Union Cyclist International.For the first time,the item became formal event in 2012 in London Olympic Games. Up to now,the research on omnium is not still found in sport field.The coaches have been exploring and researching for omnium's training rules.The author with the help of a working relationship took three years to summarized the item's characteristics of energy metabolism by experiment and test.The purpose is to provide theory basis for the item's training.The study indicates that high intensity aerobic training is the foundation,anaerobic training,especially lactic acid resistance training ,is the key in order to win the game.
