虚拟力计算方法的实验分析

摘要 在船舶振动传递路径分析和结构响应监测的研究中,往往需要实时了解设备的激励力特性。由于已安装在船体中设备及安装结构的复杂性,实时测量方法的实施变得非常困难。在结构响应和设备激励力存在固有联系的基础上,可以利用与真实激励力等效的虚拟力,重构出与设备运行时一致的结构响应。为解决虚拟力求解过程中存在的导纳矩阵病态问题,在前人虚拟力模型的基础上引入分部优化正则化方法。通过船舶水泵验证实验结果可以看出,经过正则化处理后的虚拟力能够有效降低结构响应的重构误差。 In the analysis of ship vibration- transfer path and monitoring of structure response, the characteristics ofequipment’s excitation-force are always necessary. Due to the inherent complexity of the equipment and its infrastructure,the real- time measurement becomes very difficult. On the basis of the inherent relation between structural response andexciting force, the real exciting forces can be replaced by virtual-forces, which can exactly reproduce the structural responsecaused by the equipment operation. In this paper a regularization technique based on partial optimization is introduced intothe virtual-force model to solve the ill-condition problem of the admittance matrix in the process for solution. An experimentis carried out on a pump of the ship. The results show that the errors of the structural response reconstruction with the partialregularization method are effectively reduced.
