摘要
目的观察自体骨复合抗生素一期植骨治疗感染性骨折不愈合的临床效果。方法对15例感染性骨折不愈合患者采用自体骨复合抗生素一期植骨治疗。结果15例获随访,时间8~16个月。骨折均获骨性愈合,时间5~14个月。感染均未复发。14例伤口一期愈合,1例伤口不愈合,行皮瓣转移后伤口愈合。术后6周14例血沉和C反应蛋白均降至正常水平。术后12周,所有患者血沉和c反应蛋白均基本正常。结论采用自体骨复合抗生素一期植骨治疗感染性骨折不愈合能有效控制感染,获得良好的骨折愈合。
Objective To investigate the effects of single stage antibiotic-impregnated autogenic cancellous bone grafton infected fracture nonunion. Methods Single stage surgicul technique was used to treat 15 consecutive adult pa-tients who presented with infected fracture nonunions after fixation. Results All patients were followed up regularlyranging from 8 to 16 months. Meanwhile, all patients who had infected nonunions achieved bony union. The uniontime ranged from 5 to 14 months. 14 of 15 patients were primary healing. One patient was nonhealing and was given flap, the fracture was union. Erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C- reactive protein were normal in 14 patients at 6 weeks after operation and normal in all patients at 12 weeks postoperation. Conclusions The method of single stage antibiotic-impregnated autogenic cancellous bone graft is an effective method for management of infected fracture non-union, which could achieve bony union, help to eliminate infection effectively.
