摘要
在研究兰白都市经济圈区未利用土地现状的基础上,采用特尔斐法对未利用土地进行适宜性评价,测算出研究区未利用土地的新增耕地系数。将未利用土地开发理论潜力发挥到最大时可新增耕地面积与已实施项目确定开发潜力可新增耕地面积求取平均值,最终确定兰白都市经济圈的新增耕地面积潜力测算值为834 852.968 hm2。
Based on the study of urban economic circle in lanzhou-baiyin area on the status of unused land,using theDelphi method for unused land suitability evaluation,estimates the added cultivated land coefficient of the study area,get the meanby the added cultivated land area when the theoretical potential of unused land development to maximize and the added cultivatedland area determined the development potential of the project haved been implemented,as final potential estimated value of theadded urban economic circle in lanzhou-baiyin area is 834 852.968 hm2.
