CAS/PAS双点位乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制药抗阿尔茨海默病的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 该文对以CAS/PAS双点位理论指导合成的乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)抑制药作为抗阿尔茨海默病(AD)药物进行综述。AChE抑制药已经广泛用于AD的临床治疗,活性更强的CAS/PAS双点位胆碱酯酶抑制药已经在细胞和动物水平显示出很强神经保护作用,这类双点位胆碱酯酶抑制药具有更广阔的研发前景。
