摘要
针对某型压力筒的压力控制快速性和稳态工况下高精度压力控制的要求,考虑到系统惯性较大的特点,以及先导式气动流量调节阀的非线性和迟滞对系统控制性能的影响,基于AMEsim仿真平台,采用模糊PID控制策略,设计模糊PID控制器。动态保压系统试验验证了所设计的控制器具有较好的模糊控制动态性能和较高的PID控制稳态精度,能满足压力筒模拟深海压力的动、静态精度要求。
A fuzzy PID controller is designed in this paper to achieve the high-accuracy of a certain typeof pressure vessels with superior rapid control and steady-state control functions. Specifically,the fuzzy PID control strategy is applied on the AMEsim simulating platform,and the large inertia of the pressurevessel as well as the nonlinearity and hysteresis of the pilot pneumatic regulating valve are also consideredduring the design process. The controller is seen to have decent dynamic performance in fuzzy control andsteady PID control,and its simulated dynamic-static accuracy successfully meets the deep-ocean pres-sure requirement.
