摘要
本文采用浓硫酸浸泡腐蚀的研究方法,对不同类型的固化剂固化的酚醛环氧树脂的耐蚀性进行了研究,研究表明不同固化体系对酚醛环氧树脂6170在98%的硫酸中的耐蚀性能有重要影响。以脂环族固化剂IPDA固化的试样具有最好耐蚀性能,经168h浸泡试验后质量变化率为0.011%;以改性胺类固化剂810固化试样耐蚀性能最差,经168h浸泡试验后质量变化率为-2.405%;以改性胺类固化剂810固化的6170试样比E31试样具有更好的耐浓硫酸腐蚀性能。
Anti-corrosion performance of epoxy novolac resin 6710 cured by different types of curing agent was studied by immersion test. Results show that curing agent have significant impact on anti-corrosion performance of samples soaking in the 98%concentrated sulfuric acid. Samples cured by IPDA have the best anti-corrosion performance, weight lose after 168h immersion is 0.011%;Samples cured by 810 have the worst anti-corrosion performance, weight lose after 168h immersion is -2.405%;Cured by the same curing agent 810, epoxy novolac resin 6710 have better sulfuric acid resistance than E31 epoxy resin.
