极低出生体重儿前臂肘部下行静脉留置PICC的护理 被引量：3

摘要 经外周置入中心静脉导管（PICC）为极低出生体重儿建立了安全的静脉输液通道,可长期留置,能减少静脉炎发生[1].常规选择肘部贵要静脉、头静脉、肘正中静脉.但极低出生体重儿选择血管空间较小,常常只可见1条或2条.作者对2008年1月—2011年6月收入我院新生儿监护中心（NICU）的132例极低出生体重儿,采用前臂静脉留置PICC,如穿刺失败,再选择肘部静脉,使血管选择空间增大,明显提高了穿刺成功率.并对前臂肘部下行静脉留置PICC发生的并发症进行观察,积极采取有效措施.现将护理体会总结如下.
