摘要
目的 对比应用抗菌药物信息化管理系统干预前后我院Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防性使用抗菌药物的合理性,考查干预措施的实施效果.方法 选取2012年1～6月（干预前）及2013年1～6月（干预后）5种Ⅰ类切口手术的出院病历,对比干预前后预防性使用抗菌药物的合理性.结果 干预后抗菌药物预防使用率明显下降,用药时机、用药时间等合理性显著提高,但仍存在用药起点过高、用药时间过长等问题.结论 医院采取的干预措施有效、可行,但仍需加强监管,提高抗菌药物应用的合理性.
Objective To compare the reasonability of antibacterial applied in 5 kinds of type I incision operation be- fore and after intervention and to survey the effect of intervention measures. Methods Discharge records of I incision op- eration from Januat7 to June in 2012 （ before intervention） and January to June in 2013 （ after intervention） were collect- ed. The reasonability of antibacterial applied before and after intervention. Results After the intervention of antimierobial prophylaxis use rate decreased,medication time,the time that use drug rationality increased significantly,but there was still a high starting point,use of medication for too long. Conclusion The intervention measures were effective and feasible,but should be strengthened to standardize management.
