摘要
目的对比分析低剂量奈达铂或低剂量顺铂联合放疗2种方案在治疗中晚期食管癌的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法 100例中晚期食管癌患者随机分为2组,奈达铂组50例接受低剂量奈达铂联合三维适形放疗,顺铂组50例接受低剂量顺铂联合三维适形放疗。结果奈达铂组有效率为80.0%,高于顺铂组的60.0%(P<0.05)。恶心、呕吐发生率奈达铂组低于顺铂组(P<0.05)。结论低剂量奈达铂联合三维适形放疗治疗中晚期食管癌相比顺铂具有高效低毒的优势。
Objective To compare the effect and toxicities of low-dose nedaplatin or cisplatin combined with three dimensional conformal radiation therapy for advanced esophageal cancer. Methods One hundred patients with advanced esophageal cancer were divided randomly into two groups,50 patients of the nedaplatin group received the low-dose nedaplatin combined with three dimensional conformal radiation therapy and 50 patients of the cisplatin group received the low-dose cisplatin combined with three dimensional conformal radiation therapy. Results The response rate was 80. 0% in the nedaplatin group,and was 60. 0% in the cisplatin group（P ＆lt; 0. 05）. The inci-dence of nausea and vomiting of the nedaplatin group was significantly lower than that of the cisplatin group（P ＆lt;0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with low-dose cisplatin combined with three dimensional conformal radiation thera-py,low-dose nedaplatin combined with three dimensional conformal radiation therapy has the better efficacy and lighter toxicities for advanced esophageal cancer.
