摘要
为解决日益复杂的电力系统故障分析 ,介绍了电力系统故障录波器必须具备的基本功能 ,着重研究了它的主要发展特点 :设备的微机化 ,强大的故障分析功能 ,实时的相角测量及功角监测 ,精确的故障测距 ,系统的网络化等 ,并就此提出可行的实现方案 .软件开发基于 Windows,硬件采用模块化 ,使系统界面友好 ,实时性高 ,扩展容易 ,可靠性高 ,维护简易 .随着全球定位系统的建立及计算机、微波光纤通讯在电力系统中的广泛应用 。
For analysing fault of a power system which become increasingly complex, the basic function of fault recorder for a power system are described here. Emphasis is placed upon microcomputerization of equipment as primary feature and its development,powerful fault analysis, real-time angle measurement and power-angle monitoring,precise fault ranging,network-formed of system, etc; and also upon the feasible scheme of implementation. Software development is based on Windows and hardware,on modularization. Thus it is characterized by friendly system interface, very good real-time operation, easy to extend, high reliability, and simple and convenient maintenance. By the establishment of global positioning system and the widely application of computer and microwave fiber-optical communication to power system, the fault recorder will develop into a multifunctional fault recording and monitoring system.
