摘要目的探讨吉西他滨联合顺铂化疗后行肺(叶)切除术治疗3a期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法选取80例非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各40例。观察组采用吉西他滨联合顺铂方案化疗后进行肺(叶)切除术治疗;对照组采用丝裂霉素、长春地辛联合顺铂方案化疗后进行肺(叶)切除术治疗。结果观察组近期治疗有效率为47.5%,高于对照组的25.0%(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间及出血量均少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在术前行吉西他滨联合顺铂化疗后行肺(叶)切除术治疗3a期非小细胞肺癌,近期疗效较好,并能缩短手术时间,降低术中出血量。
