摘要
中外合作办学毕业生的就业情况越来越受到各方关注。地方院校中外合作"2+2"模式毕业生在就业方面存在学费昂贵、学生专业知识薄弱、办学时间短、无从借鉴相关的就业经验、专业设置同质化严重等劣势;但也有实践能力强、人才整体需求量大、学生在国外就业的竞争能力强等优势。重视学生的职业生涯规划教育、建立境外实习基地、调整国内教学部分的培养方案、学校给予学籍管理等政策扶持等是提高地方院校中外合作"2+2"模式毕业生的就业策略。
The employment situation of graduates under Sino - foreign cooperative education is attracting more and more attention from all parties. Graduates under Sino -foreign cooperative "2 + 2" model have some disadvantages in finding a job as expensive tuition fee, weak professional knowledge, no relative employment experience or reference and serious homogenization of degree specialties. Nevertheless, they also have some advantages in finding a job as their practical ability, which is of a huge demand and the graduates are com- petitive in the oversea market. The graduate's employment can be improved by paying attention to students' career planning, setting up practice base overseas, and adjusting some domestic training program. The school should also give some policy support in supervising students' status.
