摘要
在对连杆进行有限元力学分析的基础上,建立了发动机动力传递组件的多体动力学刚柔混合模型,计算了连杆在各种工况下可能测点的应力最大值在产生裂纹后应力变化的敏感度,得到了最适合作为衡量连杆受力状态的传感器布置点,为研究发动机连杆产生裂纹后的故障状态监测提供了参考。
Based on the finite element analysis of the connected--rod, the rigid--elastic com- mixed model of the diesel power transfer subassembly is built. The stress sensitivity of the speci- fied spots under different load between the flaws emerges and before is computed and the opti- mum spot allocating the sensor for surveying the stress state of the connected--rod is gained. The result provides support for the study of the failure state survey of the diesel connecting rod.
