摘要
目的:应用Mini-CEX量表(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise)对口腔急诊住院医师进行临床能力评估。方法:用Mini-CEX量表对口腔急诊科参加培训的住院医师进行临床能力评估。结果:共完成评估178人次,平均评估时间为(21.70±2.87)分钟。培训结束时住院医师各项目的优秀率均较培训初期显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:Mini-CEX量表是一种有效的、简便易行的临床评估和教学工具,值得在口腔急诊的临床教学中推广。
Objective: To assess the effects of Mini,CEX (mini-clinical evaluation exercise)for performance evaluation among residents in the oral emergency department. Methods: Every resident accepted the assessment before and after training. The patients were elec- ted randomly in the oral emergency department, who were informed and consent to the study. Results : The excellent rates of residents had been significantly improved before and after training (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: Mini-CEX is a reliable tool for learning and per- formance evaluation of residents in the oral emergency department.
