摘要
煤炭是我国的主要能源 ,其中 4/ 5分布在西部。针对这一国情 ,本文提出了西部煤炭必须洁净利用 ,采用适合西部干旱缺水特点的高效干法选煤方法 ,实现动力煤优质化工程 ,西电东送 ,解决西部煤炭资源的经济高效合理利用 ,实现社会和经济效益的最大化。
The coal has been and will be in a long term in the future the main source of power in China.More than 4/5 of the coal is deposited in the western region of China.According to the natural condition of western region of lack on water,the run-of-mine coal therefrom should be dressed in the way of dry cleaning and converted into electric power which can be transmitted to the eastern region.This is the best way of achieving a combination of upmost economic profit with upmost social profit in the utilization of western coal resource.
